You own your data

Your Fitness ID and everything in it belongs to you, not to a gym, trainer or app.

Access on your terms

Trainers and gyms see your data only after you grant access. You can change or turn off access at any time in Settings.

When you switch gym or trainer, your history stays with you.

Export and delete

You can export your data or delete your account. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
